I'm not a ginge, but some of my best friend are. And do you know what? People - just random people - are horrible to them, just because of the colour of their hair. In this country, you can get protection from other people's prejudices for some things - if they make sexist, or racist comments, for example. This is one of the last prejudices that many people think is harmless. But it isn't. It's just as bad as any other and it's really hurtful and damaging to people on the receiving end. Bullying is wrong. And this is a form of bullying. Next time you're with someone who makes a joke about someone with red hair, tell them it's wrong and don't laugh along with the crowd.

Hey! Yes, I know all against prejudice agaist gingers being one myself, but I would NEVER change my hair colour because of pressure from other people! Its part of who I am and it always will be! Cant think of how different my life would be with out the hair! I love this campaign btw!

Hi James, Just thought I'd let you know that we're currently looking for our next lot of Battlefronters. If you are still interested, please get in touch via the link on the front page of the website or e-mail me direct. Cheers, Angie

I think ginger people are beautiful - every single one of them. I really believe it is totally unacceptable to condemn people with ginger hair - if people started to make fun of people with afro hair it'd be a totally different story. Why isn't there a website celebrating ginger hair?

To be honest, id do anything in the world to get rid of my ginger hair, ive had nothing but grief because of it and am pretty much depressed every day of my life because of the abuse i recieve and the fact that im probably gonna be lonely for my whole life.

My ginger hair gets me noticed, and I love that. I have recently been approached by photographers looking for me to model on account of my hair. My hair has made me who I am today!

im ginger and although i do agree with your campaign i think that the nasty comments i got because of it when i was younger made me stronger in a way. I used to be very shy and altough it upset me hugely at the time i never dyed my hair and im so glad of that now. After a while i realised that it wasnt a problem that i had different colour hair and i became more confident and comfortable with it. I never tried to cover it up as its a part of who i am and if people dont like it thats their problem, now i get comments about how pretty my hair is and its changed my life. Yes definatly campaign agaisnt the bullies but i think that a huge part of this is trying to give people with ginger hair more confidence to stand up and say you know what im different and i love it!

Im ginger. I've learned to like it after a destructive phase of repeatedly dying it a shade of black, which, now i regret. This is just yet another scapegoat to make insecure little brats feel like they're big and strong. 100% for your campaign. Great to have a non-ginger on our side :)
